Caring for a Specific Condition
Some of the support available from us and other organisations depends upon your caring situation.

Our Carer Engagement Workers focus on engaging with carers who are looking after someone with the following needs:
- Older People aged 65 and above
- Adults with dementia
- Parents caring for someone aged up to 25 with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Adults with a learning disability
- Adults with a physical disability
- Adults with an Autism Spectrum Condition
- A young person under 18 or adult with mental health
- Adults who misuse drugs or alcohol or in treatment or recovery from substance misuse
- And work with Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities in Hertfordshire
The Team organise events or meetings to bring carers together to receive information about issues that affect them or to give feedback for consultations.
