Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
We will be joined by John Molyneux from ‘Molyfit’. He will assess the individual group and split the session into discussion topics and exercise advice with those present on the day. This may include massage using olive oil. He will bring his own therapy table for this. The number of 1:1 consultations will depend on time and numbers attending who want this support.
