Discover what mindfulness is and how you could use it to manage your mental and physical wellbeing. Explore the nine attitudes of mindfulness, practising meditations that are designed to build on your growing experience. Each week will focus on a different core aspect of mindfulness: breath, body and thoughts. This course includes recommendations for home practice and audio tracks to take away.
