Hertfordshire County Council is asking for people aged 18 and over in Hertfordshire that have contacted its Adult Care Services for information, advice or to make a referral for an assessment or support, to take part in a survey about their experience. The feedback will help the Council improve the way people can get in touch and what happens when people make contact.

The short survey should take about 10 minutes to complete and is open until Wednesday 13th July 2022. You can take the survey at https://surveys.hertfordshire.gov.uk/s/DevelopmentofASCGatewayServices2022

There will also be the chance to take part in workshops in September 2022 – details of these are in the information that accompanies the survey if you want to be involved.

If you would like more information about the questionnaire or would prefer to complete it by telephone or video call, request a version to be posted to you or in braille or an accessible format, please email or call 01992 55 53 54.

If you are Deaf British Sign Language (BSL) User, you can use the Council’s SignVideo facility by going in the SignVideo app, click on free directory and select Hertfordshire County Council. Please ask for Nadine at the Information and Support Gateway Programme.
