That’s why they’ve joined forces to develop a range of discounted services that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of carers, provided at an affordable price. A Herts Careline community alarm or telecare package provides the reassurance of knowing that help is on hand, via their Hertfordshire based Control Centre, at the press of a button 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is especially important for times when you can’t be with the person you care for, perhaps if you’re at work, at an appointment or taking a much deserved break. Unlike other providers, they offer choive as to the level of help on offer so that they can meet your needs – you can be your loved one’s first point of contact if they press their alarm button or they can provide round the clock cover, whichever suits you.

Price (as of April 2022):

• From £20 per month (+VAT if applicable) to cover the maintenance of the equipment, monitoring of calls and Emergence Fallback Response Service.
• No equipment charges or installation fee.
• No upfront costs or long term contracts.
