    Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

    We will be joined by a representative of Music for my Mind.  Music for my Mind are working to improve the quality of life of people living with dementia, their families and carers, through the use of personalised music.
