Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

We will have a Tai Chi session. Tai Chi improves strength, flexibility, aerobic conditioning and balance. It’s been proven to improve cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, prevent falls and help people who have arthritis.
