Summer Strength Taster Workshop

Wednesday 6th August 2025, 7.30pm to 8.30pm Learn ways to build strength and develop resilience with this Summer Strength yoga Taster workshop, featuring yoga practices adapted for hot weather.  We will learn a body-resistance oriented yoga practice to help boost upper body and core strength, a cooling breath technique to help with heatwaves and hot flushes, and a mindfulness technique for those moments of heat stress....and hot tempers!  Chair yoga alternatives will be offered, so attendees can practice whilst seated, if preferred.
