Every Wednesday from 1st October - 26th November 2025, 7pm - 8.30pm Why practice mindfulness? Proven stress reduction Better manage strong emotions, thoughts and memories Can reduce anxiety and depression Boost wellbeing and self-care Criteria: Participants need to be able to access Zoom, be comfortable exploring meditation in a group setting online, be able to make time to practise outside of classes and attend all sessions if possible. Participants will be asked to complete a registration form and anonymous feedback to measure how the course impacted them for research purposes undertaken by The Everyone Project who funds this course.
