NHS APP and HPFT Integration Survey Review

  • Wednesday 1st May 2024, 10am to 11am.

Please note: this event is for carers of an adult with a mental health support need.

Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation trust (HPFT) have created a survey to gather the views of service users and carers on the type of information that Mental Health trusts should make available via the current NHS App and what impact (positive or negative) that would have on you as a carer for someone with mental health support needs.

The survey will be asking a series of questions based around what the App already offers and whether having access to key information via the App will make a difference and improve communication, and will include questions on the following areas:

    • Services: such as repeat prescriptions, upcoming & Past appointments
    • Your Health: viewing a health record, test results and letters
    • Messages: from services, operating times and relevant updates
    • Managing Services for another person: Linking profiles and supporting a service user as a carer or family member

HPFT would like to meet with you to review the draft survey and ensure the language used is suitable for the audience of carers which will ensure we receive as many views as possible.

If you would like to support this development we would be grateful if you could review the draft survey at the following LINK before the event and provide feedback at our online session.
