Introduction to Mindfulness Course

3 week course on Fridays from 11th October to 25th October 2024, 10am to 12pm noon. Discover what mindfulness is and how you could use it to manage your mental and physical wellbeing. Explore the nine attitudes of mindfulness, practising meditations that are designed to build on your growing experience. Each week will focus on a different core aspect of mindfulness: breath, body and thoughts. This course includes recommendations for home practice and audio tracks to take away.
