  Please note: this meeting is for carers of a neurodiverse adult and/or a adult with learning disabilities. 

  First Steps To Employment is a government funded pilot program currently being rolled out in conjunction with the Adult Disability team, across Hertfordshire.

  The programme includes:

  • Careers advice & guidance
  • Building your CV
  • Looking for work
  • Preparing for interviews
  • Improve your confidence
  • Getting ready to start work
  • Money management
  • Travel training
  • Digital skills
