East & North Herts Hospitals Trust Carers Forum

• Wednesday 12th June 2024, 1.00pm to 3.00pm.

  Have you used out-patient or in-patient services at the Lister, QEII or Hertford County hospitals in the past year, as a carer or a patient? Then the NHS wants to hear from you!

  These hospitals are all managed by the East and North Herts Hospitals NHS Trust and Sophie Williams, the Carer Experience Lead and her colleague Jan-Axle Enabore, have asked us to send an invitation out to carers on their behalf. Sophie and Jan are holding a special Carers Forum at the New QEII site which they hope you will attend. They tell us that your experiences and insights are really important in helping to improve their services and to provide better quality care.

  This forum will be an opportunity for carers to share  experiences, challenges, and suggestions. Your input will directly support Sophie and Jan’s efforts to improve how carers are treated and learn from what you can tell them.

  To mark Carers Week, Carers in Hertfordshire is supporting this event and we will also be attending.

  Parking – Vouchers will be provided to those carers who attend.

  Refreshments – A light lunch will be served at 1pm, so let us know if you have an dietary requirements at the time of booking.
