Have you or someone you look after, used outpatient or inpatient services at the following Hertfordshire hospitals – Lister, QEII or Hertford County? If you have, East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, which manages the hospitals, wants to hear from you!
Sophie Williams, the Carer Experience Lead and her colleague Jan-Axle Enabore, from the Trust have organised a meeting to take place at Hertford County Hospital for family and friend carers to share their experiences and feedback. One of our Engagement and Involvement Team will also be at the meeting.
The meeting will provide an opportunity for carers to share experiences, challenges, and suggestions to help improve services and support for carers like you or those you care for when accessing hospital services.
Tea/coffee and cakes will be provided and arrangements will be made for free parking on site.
