Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
We will be joined with Sarah McKie an NHS Nutrition Support Worker to talk about the benefits of a healthy diet and how things can change as we get older including discussing malnutrition and why this can lead to certain health problems including falls and depression
