Carer Engagement Network Meeting: Mental Health

• Thursday 18th July 2024, 10am to 12.30pm.

  The Carer Engagement Team are creating a new Mental Health Carer Engagement Network for carers who wish to Have their Say to improve the Health and Social Care Services for the people you care for.

  This new Network will focus on topics and issues that are current for you and we will aim to work together to create solutions to these issues you face and in the first instance take forward to the Co-Production Board organised by Herts County Council. These boards aim to bring people together to have their say on local services and influence how they may be delivered in the future.   • Learn from and support other carers supporting people with a mental health condition.

   

  The topic of the first Network will be Mental Health Crisis Support Services where we will aim to understand your experiences of services, how this could be improved and what is missing that you would like communicated. As part of the meeting Herts Mind Network (HMN) will be giving a talk on services provided.

   

  Progress and updates from these Networks will be available to all carers of people with a mental health condition via a Quarterly email update.
