    Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

    We will be joined by Di Moody who will be delivering a fun chair based exercise.

    We will also be joined by a Carers Support Advisor, offering 1-1 support for questions you may have around your caring role.
