Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
This month we will be joined by one of our specialist dementia carer nurses, called ‘Admiral Nurses’, to talk about the service they provide and how they may be able to help.
Parking advice: There is limited parking at the venue but some off street parking may be available in nearby streets – please do check for any local parking restrictions.
