- This Raffle is only open to residents of Great Britain over the age of 18 (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, according to Gambling Act 2005 regulations).
- No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 years.
- If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18, they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize, and the stake will be returned.
- The cost of each entry is £1 with a minimum order online of £5. Players may purchase more than one entry, and payment must be in advance.
- You cannot purchase tickets with a credit card.
- All proceeds from this raffle will be used for the charitable purposes of Carers in Hertfordshire, registered charity number 1085491.
- Some of the prizes have generously been donated. You can view the full prize list on our website. There are no alternatives to any prize.
- Tickets will be on sale until Wednesday 9th December 2026 and the draw
will take place on Thursday 10th December 2026.
- Carers in Hertfordshire cannot accept liability for the loss or delays in any communication sent by post or for any delays in the banking system.
- All online raffle tickets purchased will be assigned a unique ticket number and added to any paper ticket stubs for the draw.
- Winners will be notified by telephone no later than two weeks after the draw date. Please keep your ticket number as proof of purchase.
- If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by Carers in Hertfordshire to contact the winner, then the charity will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it thinks fit.
- Carers in Hertfordshire reserves the right to cancel the raffle in exceptional circumstances. In such case, refunds will be issued upon request.
General Information
Carers in Hertfordshire is the sole beneficiary for this draw and will receive all proceeds, less expenses and provision of prizes. The charity promotes responsible gambling and is licensed under The Gambling
Act 2005 (gamblingcommission.gov.uk) and has a Small Society Lotteries Licence from East Herts Council for this raffle.
