Your generous donations are an essential part of helping us make life better for people in Hertfordshire providing unpaid care to someone who is ill, disabled, frail, elderly or who misuses drugs or alcohol as well as people outside the county caring for a Hertfordshire resident. Carers in Hertfordshire is a charity and the advice, training and support we give to carers is provided free to them, which is why we rely on the contributions of supporters to help us continue our vital work.

Any donation, however large or small, can really help us make a difference to carers who need our support.

Make your donation go further

If you are a UK taxpayer your donations to Carers in Hertfordshire can be worth more at no additional cost to you under the Gift Aid scheme. This means for every £1 you donate we can claim an additional 25p from the Government. Signing up for Gift Aid is easy, simply tick the box when you make your donation on Virgin Money Giving or download our Gift Aid form and send it back to us.

If you complete the Gift Aid declaration we should be able to reclaim the tax on donations you have made in the last four years and all future donations.
