Other organisations that may be able to help you as a young carer.

We have grouped some links to other services that may be able to support you as a young carer. Some provide support for your mental health and wellbeing, some provide support for families, and some are provided by Hertfordshire County Council.

Mind in Mid Herts  – variety of groups, courses and therapies for age 16+

Reach Out (Hertfordshire Mind Network) – a phone and messaging service for age 10 – 17 if you’re stressed, worried or anxious
