Understanding Deputyship
Do you support someone who doesn’t have the capacity to make decisions and look after themselves? You might need to know about deputyship!
We were kindly joined by Debenhams Ottoway and Adult Care Services (ACS), Hertfordshire County Council, for an online session on deputyship in November 2025. It was free for unpaid carers to attend to learn more and have their questions answered. We’ve taken the sections where Debenhams Ottoway went over the legal aspects and ACS discussed their involvement so that everyone can find out more:
