Wilder Wellbeing Walks (Watford)

Every Thursday - 30th April to 21st May 2026, 10.30am to 12pm Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust is running a 4-week wilder wellbeing walk programme. Spend a gentle 90 minutes exploring nature in these wonderful parks. Take time to slow down, use your senses, and make connections with other carers. There is also the opportunity to visit the park cafe after the walk.  Each week we will focus on different habitats such as woodlands, meadows and streams.  Week 1 – Group and Park Intro: getting to know each other in a relaxed way as we start to explore the park  Week 2 – Woodland and Trees  Week 3 – Grassland and Meadows  Week 4 – Chalk Streams and Water
