Tuesday 10th June 2025, 10am to 10.30am. Dive into deeper awareness and stillness by tuning into the sounds of the present moment. Unlike a sound bath, which uses prearranged sounds to create a meditative atmosphere, this meditation invites you to explore the natural, spontaneous sounds of our surroundings as they arise.
Dive into deeper awareness and stillness by tuning into the sounds of the present moment. Unlike a sound bath, which uses prearranged sounds to create a meditative atmosphere, this meditation invites you to explore the natural, spontaneous sounds of our surroundings as they arise.
Our everyday environment is often filled with background noise – the hum of distant traffic, the rustle of leaves, birdsong, even the sound of our own breathing. This meditation is an opportunity to shift our relationship with these sounds, cultivating acceptance and a sense of inner stillness. By treating sounds as real-time auditory cues, we can learn to find calm wherever we are, letting each one come and go without attachment.
This session is open to everyone, from beginners to seasoned meditators.
