Sitting Meditation

Friday 10th July 2026, 10am - 10.45am This free, structured meditation offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. It is a longer session, guiding you through the entire sitting meditation sequence at a gentle, steady pace. We’ll begin the sequence by bringing awareness to the natural rhythm of the breath. From there, the practice gradually widens – moving from breath, to body, to sounds, and eventually to thoughts and feelings. Each stage is introduced slowly and supportively, helping you notice your inner experience with openness rather than judgement. This meditation is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with experience. There is no pressure to “get it right” – simply come as you are.
