During the session we will explore simple, effective self-massage techniques for: Feet and lower legs Hands and arms Shoulders and neck Spine and back area The practices are designed to help release tension, ease stiffness and encourage relaxation. No previous experience is needed. All techniques can be adapted to suit individual needs and participants are encouraged to work within their own comfort level.
