Online Drawing from Art History

Thursday 1st October 2026, 7.30pm - 8.30pm Join artist Laura Cordery for an inspiring online practical session exploring a look at how artist and designers use drawing for creative problem-solving, reflection, and playful experimentation. We will look at examples by two artists and guide you through responding to their styles with your own drawings and mixed media creations, with no pressure and no need for perfection. You wont need worry fancy supplies just sheets of paper (around A5 or A4), a pencil and  pen, glue stick and scissors. Even the back of an envelope and a biro can create something special. These free creative sessions that Drawing Voices is running for Carers in Herts this September/October as part of the Arts in East Herts festival, celebrating creativity and making the arts accessible to all.
