Join us for a gentle yet invigorating walk through the beautiful King's Meads Nature Reserve, led by the Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust. What to expect - A relaxed 2–2.5 mile route, taking about 2 hours. - The chance to unwind outdoors, explore local wildlife, and meet others. - A route with steps, steep slopes, and some uneven ground — best suited to more able walkers. What to bring - Comfortable footwear: trainers or walking boots recommended. - Clothing suited to the weather and a bottle of water. - Binoculars (if you have them) for bird spotting and nature watching.
