Mindful Movement and Meditation

Tuesday 23rd September 2025, 1.30pm - 2.45pm Get out of your head and into your body in this mindfulness session. We will practice gentle mindful movement followed by a guided body scan meditation. Bringing our attention to the body can help us to relax and alleviate stress by shifting our focus away from worries or persistent negative thoughts. This practice is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
