Looking After Your Emotional Wellbeing

Wednesday 3rd, 10th and 17th June 2026 from 11am - 1.30pm In today’s fast-paced world, finding balance between caring for others and nurturing our own wellbeing is essential. Join us as we delve into practical strategies to manage stress, cultivate resilience and improve everyday communication. Over the course of three weeks, you’ll learn invaluable techniques to enhance relationships, both personal and professional. This free course will give you time to reflect on what matters to you, share experiences with other carers and learn to maintain your own wellbeing. Each session will last 2.5 hours, except for the final week which will finish 15mins early. A light lunch will be provided. Please let us know when booking if you have any dietary requirements.
