Introduction to Journalling (3 Week Course)

Thursdays, 6th to 20th November 2025, 10am to 12pm. Discover what journalling is and how you can use it to develop a more positive mindset. Every week you’ll get to experiment with different types of journalling to find out which ones work for you. All you need is the ability to put pen to paper or fingers to keyboard. You don’t need to be able to write ‘well’ or to a certain standard of English. You are welcome to write in any language you choose. You will need: something to write with, e.g. paper and pen, computer etc. You will need: a blank or dotted notebook and a pen Optional: ruler and coloured pens
