You are welcome to attend at any time during the event – there is no need to stay for the full session. A range of organisations and services will be available including: Adult Care Services – Adults with Disability and Older Peoples Teams 0 - 25 service, Disabled Children and Young People and their families Money Advice Unit Assistive Technology - keeping vulnerable people safe at home Herts Equipment Service The Library Service – carers support and Reminiscence collection Stevenage Citizens Advice Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust MIND Change, Grow Live – drug and alcohol treatment service Age UK Memory Support Herts Herts Help Bedwell and Stanmore Medical Centres – health checks and health promotion Lister, QEII and Hertford County Hospitals Carers team Crossroads Care – Carers Breaks service PoHWER, Advocacy service Herts Police – Safe and Found, help for those with dementia Add-vance SPACE And of course, Carers in Hertfordshire! Also invited Herts Parent Carers Involvement and the HCC Young Carers Team.
