Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
This month, a Carer Support Adviser will be sharing tips on what to consider when looking for support and care for the person you are caring for. Please note that the information in this session is primarily targeted at carers of adults (18+).
Parking: Available on site
Additional Informal Meeting: We also meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 11 am at The Crabtree 2 Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4HG for a social chat. All welcome.
