Age UK Hertfordshire and Healthwatch Hertfordshire have worked together to produce a webpage to support people in planning their future care, with all the information together in one place. Healthwatch would like to hear your thoughts on how it how it looks, feels and functions and what improvements you’d recommend. Therefore running an online focus group for you to look at the webpage with us and give live feedback. By sharing your feedback, you will be helping us to improve this new resource and supporting Hertfordshire residents to access the right information about planning for future care in Hertfordshire.
