Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
Details: Sonia Chitty, a Social Prescriber will be coming along to tell the group about the role of Social Prescribers and what they can do for you.
Parking: Parking is available in the Co-op car park at the rear of building, there is a rear entrance to the building with lift access if required.
