Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
Details: We will be joined by our Carer Development and Learning team who will be running a session on Personal Boundaries, to improve understanding and awareness of our own personal boundaries and how they can impact on relationships and communication.
Parking: Parking is available in the Co-op car park at the rear of building, there is a rear entrance to the building with lift access if required.
