Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
Details: We will be joined by our Carers Development and Learning service who will be running a session on Personal Boundaries, to raise understanding and awareness of our own personal boundaries and how they can impact on relationships and communication.
Parking details: Available in the Co -Op car park at the rear of the building. Lift access is available at the rear entrance
