Friday 19th June 2026, 10am - 12pm Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (literally translated as Forest Bathing), these free guided sessions with Gillian from Heart & Earth invite you to step into the forest, slow down and reconnect - with nature, with your breath and with your deeper self. This is more than just a walk in the woods. It's a gentle, restorative experience designed to nourish your body, calm your mind and open your heart - while also deepening your connection to the living world around you. No experience or physical fitness is required - just curiosity, an open mind and a willingness to slow down. Whether you're seeking clarity, calm, or simply some time to reconnect, your first step into nature might just be the beginning of something transformative. What to bring Weather-appropriate clothing and comfy shoes. Water, a snack, and a mat or folding chair if you'd like. Possibly a small towel to wipe your feet if we do some barefoot walking. Please note: dogs are not able to join unless they’re a certified therapy dog.
