In this session, nutritional therapist Sarah Dodd weaves the relevant scientific studies alongside facts and figures to inspire you to take action, using manageable steps and simple food suggestions.

    About your trainer

    Sarah Dodd has a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM, London) and is a Zest Qualified Health Coach. Alongside delivering webinars, she practises Nutritional Therapy in Letchworth, Herts and is a member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA). She regularly attends lectures to further her learning. With almost 15 years in practise, Sarah enables her clients to make sustainable, enjoyable healthy eating changes.
