Join Jackie Graham for a calming and restorative yoga session designed to release tension from the areas where stress and anxiety often settle. Through gentle flows, mindful breathing, and soothing relaxation techniques, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and energised.
This session is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you haven’t attended a session with Jackie before, a health form will be required.
