To celebrate Carers Rights Day, we are holding this drop-in Information Event for Hertfordshire residents who provide unpaid care or support to a family member, partner, or friend due to illness, disability, mental health needs, or addiction.
Come along to connect with other carers, speak to representatives from local support organisations to find out how they can support you or the person you look after, and access information and advice tailored to your situation.
Organisations attending include Citizens Advice, advocacy service POhWER, dementia service Memory Support Hertfordshire, NHS services from GP practices and East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, and Hertfordshire County Council.
Booking is encouraged to help us plan the event, but you can attend when you like and stay for as long as you want.
