Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
Details: Sara from Community Catalysts in Hertfordshire will be joining us to talk about how residents can have more options around care needs, care and support in the home, or help to access the community, or wish to attend community events.
Parking advice: There is limited parking at the venue but some street parking may be available in nearby streets – please do check for any local parking restrictions.
