They aim to help people develop both emotionally and physically through skiing. There are plenty of instructors on this six-week course so you can progress at your own pace.

Skis, ski boots, and helmets provided.
You will need to wear your own waterproof jacket, trousers, and gloves.
We do ask that you are able to attend all 6 weeks before booking a place.
Please note: this course is also being run in July 2025. Please only book to attend one course to allow other carers the opportunity to attend.
