Monday 2nd March 2026, 7pm - 8pm Would you like to hear more about Community Nurses? - What they do (and don’t do) - How the service is changing - Share your opinion around the use of mobile phones and laptops in your home to document clinical care - Have your voice heard about what is working/ not working for you in your caring role. Staff from Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust will give a brief overview of what community nurses provide and invite you to an open and honest discussion about this service, an opportunity for you share your views to support development of the service. Please note, this talk is only relevant if the person you care for has a long-term health condition and lives in the North or East of Hertfordshire including Letchworth, Stevenage, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, Potters Bar, Bishops Stortford, Royston. (Does NOT include Watford and St Albans). We have sent this invite to all carers living in Hertfordshire – including carers NOT living in the appropriate area because they may support someone who does live in that area. If the person you care for does NOT live in the north or east of Hertfordshire, this talk is not relevant to you.
