A Year of Caring – Dementia

Join us in Chorleywood on Tuesday 16th June for a workshop and lunch to explore experiences of the first year after diagnosis. The early stages of dementia can feel overwhelming. Understanding the pathway, knowing where to turn, and accessing the right support at the right time can make a significant difference. Through this project, we are gathering carers’ experiences to better understand what is working well, where there are gaps, and how early support could be strengthened across Hertfordshire. This workshop is part of a series that will be travelling across the county, with additional sessions planned in other areas and an online option to follow.
