The government is consulting on plans to make the right to request flexible working a day one right, as well as new entitlements for unpaid carers.
We'd like to wish TV Producer Simon Lythgoe, son of choreographer and TV talent show judge Nigel Lythgoe - of Popstars fame - all the best in the London Marathon on Sunday 3rd October 2021, which he is running for us and carers - our first charity place in the event.

This Carers Week (7th-13th June 2021) we helped to make carers and caring visible and valued – the theme of the week. We reached out to carers to provide information to help them in their caring role and had opportunities for carers to socialise and have time to themselves.
It's Volunteers' Week (1st -7th June 2021) and we want to thank all our wonderful volunteers for their hard work and dedication in helping us with provide information and support to unpaid family and friend carers when they need it, particularly during the last year through the coronavirus pandemic.
