This meeting is for people providing unpaid care to a relative or someone close to them with dementia. You can find out about health and community services in Hertfordshire that may be useful to you or the person you care for and also share your views and experiences of services with those who plan or provide them. This session will focus on the topic of loss and grief.

Transport Guidance

Following consultation with carers, Carers in Hertfordshire have updated their policy on offering transport to their events. Carers told us we should not be spending more than £50 a journey for an individual, so we will be using this guidance in the future when considering transport options. We are happy to reimburse expenses incurred for using public transport to travel to an event.
