Young Onset Dementia Carers Meeting
Wednesday 23rd November, 2pm - 3pm. This meeting is for carers who are caring for someone with Young Onset Dementia (someone diagnosed with dementia under the age of 65). This meeting will be an informal meeting where there will be an opportunity to chat with other carers and a Young Onset Dementia worker from Hertswise.
