Writing for Wellbeing

Tuesday 28th March, 12.30pm - 2.30pm. Learn how to use writing to make sense of your feelings and the world around you. Try out different writing practices and get some ideas for others. The focus is on your personal wellbeing, so you don’t need to be able to write ‘well’ or to a certain standard of English. You are welcome to write in any language you choose.
