Tour of Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies

Tuesday 28th February 2023, 10.30am - 12.30am. Based in the Register Office Block at County Hall Hertford, Hertfordshire Archives and Local Services is the county archive and local history centre for Hertfordshire. You will visit the public reading room and library, as well as going ‘behind the scenes’ into the conservation studio and basement storage areas. You’ll get to meet the conservator, view historic documents and see all aspects of the work of the Heritage Services Department, accompanied by a member of the team.
